Now that some folks are getting their books, it's time for the usual courtesy about spoilers for those whose books will take longer to reach them. Please put spoilers under a cut! I will caution that there may be spoilers under a cut or in comments on this journal, because as soon as people start reading the first eight pages I expect to hear some screams! Our pre-readers had a cow in the prologue! So under a cut, please.

Three months until the next book -- because there's only so fast we can write! :) These books are all insanely close together as it is.
I'm glad you like what we did with John. He's never going to be good with the feeling words, but as Teyla says at the end, "There is nothing you could say to me that your actions have not said a thousand times." He may never find the right words, but she doesn't need him to.
And continue the scene away! :) I expect there will be some fic -- I certainly hope so!
