Wind Raker -- Dancing

A while back someone asked me if there would be more of Mitch and Stasi dancing in Silver Bullet. I assured them that there would be. Today I'm working on Wind Raker, the fourth Order of the Air book, and what I'm working on is another dance scene. So I thought I'd share a video clip of the dance -- The Continental -- which is the hot dance of 1935. And you can't go wrong with Astaire and Rogers, right? :D

UMMMMM YES!! :)

"I said "oh my, what a marvelous tune!" It was the best night, never would forget how we moved. The whole place was dressed to the nines and we were dancing, dancing, like we're made of starlight."

Yes ma'am, I did just quote a Taylor Swift song at you...no harm meant! ;) But it reminds me of Mitch and Stasi when I hear it. <3

*grin* I have songs that way too. My Mitch and Stasi song for Silver Bullet is Abney Park's "Can't Talk About It" and for Wind Raker it's Phillip Phillip's "Home." (Go listen and see what you think!)

But in terms of which dance in which book, in Silver Bullet it's the Danse Apache, Wind Raker is The Continental, and in Oath Bound I've just written a Viennese Waltz. I'm not sure how I'm going to keep up a dancing scene per book as we continue! Surely I can come up with something appropriate for Fire Season...
