Lost Things is on Sale!

Right now, as part of a special promotion, Lost Things is on sale in ebook for $.99! This promo is good on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

So Stargate readers! If you've been wondering if you'd like my other books, here's your chance to try Lost Things for less than a dollar. It's a strong team adventure full of aviation, magic, and archaeology. Several reviewers have compared it to Raiders of the Lost Ark, and that's a really good way to sum up the style, including the 1930s setting. If that sounds like it might be your thing, try it now for $.99!

And also? Now is the time to rec Lost Things, the first of the series The Order of the Air, to your friends. After all, it's a buck. What's to lose by trying it?

I know you'll enjoy it!

Have mentioned the sale on twitter ("If you like 1930s era aviation and adventure mixed w/ occult/magic..."). No idea if anyone will bite, but glad to help.

£0.77 for those using Amazon.co.uk! I'll pass it on.

Just finished Silver Bullet by the way - loved it, can't wait for more!

I really enjoyed Mitch and Stasi's developing relationship - that dance scene was incredible! I'd like to see more of Iskinder too. Obviously the medallion has me massively intrigued and I so hope Jerry gets to get back in the field (mind you, I'm aching all over from my own work on site at the moment, so I'll be feeling sypathetic too!).

The ending had me welling up a little, I will admit. It'll be interesting to see how they juggle things from now on!

I'm glad you like Mitch and Stasi's relationship. It's a lot of fun to write, as well as posing some logistical challenges! :) The dance scene was my favorite too.

The medallion! Oh yes, that's a longer plot. Jerry will get back in the field in the next book, but won't get to Egypt until the one after. He's got to prove that he can handle a dig before he can hope that the Met will hire him to go after the Soma! The fourth book, Wind Raker, is finished. We're getting ready to start on the fifth one, Oath Bound, and I can't wait to get back to Alexandria!

If you ever want fieldwork questions answered I'm more than happy to help, though I think there are quite a lot of differences between European and American techniques!
