Stargate Novels

A reader asks, "You seem to know what's up with the Stargate novels, so maybe you can tell me what's coming out when and what there is in store?"

Ok, this is my best knowledge, subject to MGM and to scheduling changes. Hopefully we will see one book every two months after March. Here's what there is in the best order I know, which may not be absolutely, perfectly right, but is probably close!

SG-1 Oceans of Dust by Peter Evans I understand this is Teal'c centered with Master Bra'tac, and that it's through approval at MGM. It's the next release and could be any day now.

SGA The Avengers (Legacy book 4) by yours truly The Avengers is at MGM and should be probably end of March?

SG-1 Heart's Desire by Amy Griswold I've read this one in draft, so I know more about it. It's set late season three and I suppose it's Daniel-centric, though it's really the original team. Also, if you squint, Qtesh is kind of there in the background. I love this book so much! It was a lot of fun to read.

SGA Secrets (Legacy book 5) by me and Melissa Scott We can't wait for you to read it!

SG-1 The Drift by Diana Dru Botsford This is supposed to be the sequel to Four Dragons, which I loved, so I'm really looking forward to it!

SGA The Inheritors (Legacy book 6) by me, Melissa Scott and Amy Griswold

SG-1 Moebius Squared by me and Melissa Scott Our fun romp through the past with two versions of SG-1!

SG-1 Ouroboros by Melissa Scott The original SG-1 team finds an ancient device that transports them to Atlantis -- or wait? Is it our Atlantis, or have they crossed into an alternate universe?

There may be more books in the pipe -- but these are the ones I know about.

I understand it goes right after the SG-1 episode Threads and right after the SGA episode Letters From Pegasus. If you remember the latter episode, the last scene is Sam getting the databurst from Atlantis. That's what kicks off the experiment in Ouroboros, a theoretical way of reaching Atlantis faster than Daedalus can get there. At least that's what I understand! The book isn't finished yet as it's way down the queue.
