I had more than one favorite, Homecoming, The Lost, Allegiance, Secrets, Inheritors and Unascended. And there is far to many reasons why.

I have more than one favorite too, so I couldn't answer!

They're all so good, that I had to choose based on my favorite cover (although Unascended brought me no small measure of joy for Elizabeth)

That is a super cover! That's the one I chose the picture for too!

This is an impossible question! When I think of Legacy I think of it as one long story arc. What sticks out for me are favorite scenes throughout the books. They aren't so easily chopped up into specific books! I will see if my attitude changes once I read Third Path tomorrow:).

It truly is one long story arc. What are your favorite scenes?

Oh jeez... Sheppard's conversation with Eva in the jumper about restraint, Any Mel conversation with Cai, Ronan debating his future with Sateda, the awakening of the first Wraith, Radim and Lorne working together on the Pride (I'd like ot know about the red headed Genii captain-what is his background?) Shep getting the weapon back from Ronan the conversation between Eva and Pollard about trading in Pegasus. Tupperware!!!

It's those little details that make a world real since they define the rules that govern it!

I'm happy you like that conversation with John and Eva and the scene with Eva and Pollard. Eva really gave us a way to have a new perspective, someone fresh who didn't know everything but who had some stability and wisdom.

Tupperware! I have been a Tupperware lady myself. :D

If the LJ phone app would let me vote I would choose The Furies because of all the fantastic Sam/Jack stuff - but I loved them all so it was a tough choice.

That was one of my favorite bits too. And I love Osprey's Tale in Secrets.

The Furies. Because women.

I love The Furies too, though it was the hardest one.

I voted Inheritors though like most others I have to say its more favourite scenes than anything else. I picked Inheritors because I loved the battle and the ancient battleship in particular. Would love to see that again (though its time Atlantis had it's own ancient battleship) though I also loved both Osprey's story and the Old Ones story in Secrets as well. Got me thinking how much I'd like to see a story set at the time of the Ancients from their (the ancients) perspective.

I would love to see more of the Legacy story lines in future and really hope that it won't be too long before MGM let you write some more.

I'm so glad you loved Osprey's story. That was mine and I think it's one of the bits I'm proudest of. I'm glad you liked it too!

Unascended primarily because of Elizabeth joy, and McKay's determination to find her, because yes he is that loyal of a friend.

Though I'll admit to a bit of extra joy in every kitty scene ever, and in Teyla and Sam talks. I have lots of favorite bits in each book.

Newton! I admit, I love Newton too.
